RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can enjoy our offer of 7-day return or exchange guarantee only if the products maintain their original state (the outer package of the products are intact with certificates, guarantee cards and invoices; the products have not been used or altered; there is no any artificial damages).

Please note that some of our products cannot be changed, including
(1) tailor-made, damaged, altered or crafted goods;
(2) there is a remark on the invoice stating that it cannot be changed.
Please contact us before your visit. After receiving and confirming the state of the goods, we will refund on the basis of the current depreciation.

Only one exchange can be carried out for each product.

Please check your goods before. We will carefully check the goods and if there is any artificial damage, we might refuse to provide this offer.

In case of any dispute, Royal Jewellery Co reserves the final decision.
